TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • The accommodation request form must be completed and returned to the nominated Travel Agent as shown on the back of the reservation request form, within 90 days of receipt of the voucher.
  • The accommodation is for a 7 night stay valid for 2 adults at any one of the five participating properties we have in Thailand. Normal hotel check-in and check-out times apply.
  • Guests must be couples married or co-habituating for 2 or more years, travelling together. Both members of a couple must be a minimum of 30 years of age prior to check-in and no more than 65 year of age prior to check-out. You may bring up to 2 children under the age of 12 free of charge. For children 13-18 years old, a surcharge of €99 per child will apply.
  • All requested dates are subject to availability and all check-in dates go strictly from SATURDAY ONLY.
  • Certain blackout periods may apply during peak times of high occupancy. (Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Songkran)
  • Extra nights may be available upon request and at a heavily subsidized rate.
  • Travel must be completed by the expiry date.
  • A booking fee of $25 per person must be sent together with your request form either by cheque/money order or will be debited from credit card details supplied. This will be refunded if the booking is unsuccessful. Should the Resort accept one of the proposed dates, then the booking fee becomes non-refundable.
  • This voucher relates to accommodation only. All other expenses including travel, food & beverages are the sole responsibility of the recipient using this voucher. Furthermore, the recipient will be responsible for any loss or deliberate damage caused as a result of their occupancy at the resort.
  • All bookings must have a minimum of 30 days notice. Once a booking is confirmed flight details must be submitted no later than 3 weeks from arrival or voucher becomes void.
  • Bookings can be amended up to 4 weeks prior to check-in, however, a charge of €29 will apply to guests for any change of dates once initial booking has been made.
  • Bookings are non-transferrable so name changes are not accepted. Reservations must be cancelled and new ones requested.
  • Upon check-in, guests would be asked to provide debit/credit card details for room security as per normal resort procedures. If clients are not able to provide this, a cash deposit of €500 will be requested (approx. AUD $700)
  • Guests must dedicate at least 90 minutes of their stay to participate in a presentation on the benefits of taking long-term holidays with the Absolute World Group. The full rack rate will be collected from any non-complying guests.
  • Guests combined annual income must be superior to €40,000 equivalent. (approx. AUD $57,000)
  • Group travel is not permitted. A group is defined as two or more families travelling during the same period to the same resort area or property.
  • Only one voucher permitted per household.
  • If you have purchased your Thai Escapes membership & wish to cancel it, you may do so in writing to Thai Escapes, PO Box 856, North Sydney, NSW 2059 provided
    a) You have not used or attempted to use any benefits; and
    b) The voucher and notice is received by Thai Escapes within 14 days after the date the Thai Escapes pack is sent to you. In these circumstances Thai Escapes agrees to refund the fee paid by you less postage and handling.
